FED:Abbott kicks off wk 3 in Sydney

Opposition Leader TONY ABBOTT has unveiled the coalition's aged care policy in the
New South Wales south coast town Gerringong.

While visiting Mayflower Aged Care facility .. Mr ABBOTT promised to match Labor's
spending commitment for aged care.

The 935-million-dollar package includes three thousand new high-care beds .. and more
help for elderly people to transfer out of hospital beds.

He also promised to cut red tape for providers .. and 14 million dollars to train pets
for therapy.

Mr ABBOTT's expected to travel to Cairns later today.
