Fed: NSW and Victoria join forces in a bid to get overseas jobs

New South Wales and Victoria will be joining forces to try and win international business
ventures .. associated with major sporting events.

NSW Premier MORRIS IEMMA says the new partnership .. known as the Australian International
Sporting Events Secretariat .. will combine the two states' Olympic and Commonwealth Games
expertise to be promoted overseas.

He says the Secretariat will target events including the 2008 Beijing Olympics .. and
the 2010 New Delhi Commonwealth Games.
